Virtual Wedding Planning

This plan is for the couple on a budget who desires complete planning with professional guidance through video conference. When planning is completed, the plan is given to a trusted friend, family member or venue manager who will stand in as the Day-of Coordinator.

This plan includes:

  • Complimentary consultation interview
  • Budget review, and guest list guidance
  • Venue guidance (policies, procedures, set-up and breakdown)
  • Catering guidance at venue with diagrams & floor plans
  • Professional guidance by text, email or phone
  • Recommendations and guidance for all vendors needed
  • Assist all vendors with their event needs and requirements to work venue
  • Review catering proposal and contract (food, bar, rentals, linens, chairs, dance floor, tables and settings)
  • Review of all contracts and proposals
  • Guidance with hotel accommodation and reservation assistance
  • Planning package for your Day-of Coordinator
  • Up to eight (8) hours of video conference time
  • Assistance if you need more help at an hourly rate

Four personal planning meetings by video conference:

1. First planning meeting (with custom start package)

  • Present step-by-step timeline (including all formalities)
  • Present Schedule for Coordination (targets where you are in the planning of your event)
  • Present Month by Month Wedding Planner (check list for each month prior to event)
  • Determine style, look, theme and colors
  • Review first trimester of planning
  • Invitation and save the date consultation
  • Determine specific details for all vendors
  • Present first personal check list
  • Review entire planning schedule (complete wedding planning process)

2. Mid-Meeting (update development consultation)

  • Review updates of all first meeting documents
  • Review updates of all vendors and their event responsibilities
  • Review completion of first personal check list
  • Present second personal check list

3. Final Meeting ~ finalize details (approximately 1-2 months prior to Event)

  • Finalize all documents (final drafts sent for approval)
  • Assist in reviewing catering Event Order
  • Assist with ceremony walking order and first-row seating
  • Final review of all vendors and their responsibilities
  • Finalize and inventory all wedding items
  • Present last & final personal check list
  • Guidance with seating chart preparation (with final floor plan)
  • Guidance to pack and organize all wedding items to be brought to rehearsal

4. Final review of all important details with Bride, Groom and Day-of Coordinator

  • Review of entire finalized wedding planning package
  • Review of finalized rehearsal package
