It’s so exciting for couples to see their sample table settings and centerpiece mock-ups. Today at Square Root Design, we held a sample table setting for a couple who will be celebrating their wedding reception at the St. Regis Monarch Beach, Club 19. The bride LOVES Pikake (AKA Arabian Jasmine) so we flew it in all the way from the Island of Maui for her to see… and smell! Pikake is a very fragrant flower which is one of the reasons she has chosen to have it in her bridal bouquet as well as throughout the ceremony decor. For the reception, they’ve selected a pallet of bright oranges, blacks, and deep reds. We will be creating their vision with the usage of black Bacarra Roses, black Manzanita branches and Pin Cushion Protea for their pop of orange. The reception theme of an ‘up-beat fun nightclub lounge’ will be brought to life with mood lighting, an array of different sized mirrors, fabrics, unique candle treatments and elements of stone.
