Many renowned wedding and event professionals in our industry are phoned or solicited by members of the press on the average of two to three times per month. As a professional wedding planner, I am happy to interview with many of the top publishers. When they phone, they interview us for our expert information on what’s hot… what’s not… and what is up and coming. They do this to inspire their potential reader on what it is they are reporting. When I am being interviewed, I am carful to let my reporters know that the information they are receiving by me must be published true to word and with no changes or exaggeration. I have been very fortunate that they have honored my wishes throughout the years. Periodically it gives me great pleasure to teach planning on line using my complete reference library of wedding forms. My classes offer step by step guidance on how to plan an event from the beginning until the very end. The winners highlighted were recognized for being the very best that their city had to offer. The winning results were combined with the editor’s favorites as well as the outcome from a three week long audience poll in cities across the country. The work that I do is extremely fulfilling and I am pleased to be able to share it with you! Good press keeps me on purpose and reminds me of how much I love this industry.
